FAQ'S
Since we can’t personally visit all of our many Chabad of the Valley supporters, this phone-a-thon gives us the opportunity to connect with our supporters across the country. The phone-a-thon allows us to update information we have on file, let you know the latest happenings at Chabad, answer questions and seek support for Chabad of the Valley.
When I receive a call from the phone-a-thon, who is calling?
All calls are made by Chabad of the Valley supporters who love Chabad and the work we do.
Why are you calling me?
We call to ask you for your financial support, update your records, and if you are interested, let you know about our many programs and functions which we'd like you to participate in.
Why can’t you just send something in the mail?
We do send mail to our supporters and friends. However, one of the most cost effective and efficient ways to update your information and raise the needed funds for Chabad of the Valley is through our phone-a-thon program. It is also a wonderful opportunity for our supporters to interact with one another.
How can I fulfill my pledge?
You have several options. You can make a secure gift online by clicking here: MAKE A GIFT NOW. While you are speaking with a caller, you may put your pledged amount on a credit card. We can also send you a pledge card in the mail and you can return it with a personal check.
