Close to 1000 men, women & children came to Chabad of Tarzana Purim Eve to hear the megillah and enjoy the festivities!!!
Hudreds attended Chabad/Gan Israel's Pre Purim Carnival in Tarzana on Sunday March 13th. Pony rides, game truck, moonbounces, food, carnival booths, rock climbing wall, DJ Eli...what an amazing event!
A beautiful, elegant and inspiring evening for Women was held at Chabad of the Valley Headquarters in Tarzana on Sunday evening March 6th. Organized by the Rebbetzins of Chabad of the Valley, the event featured an incredibly motivating talk by Miriam Lipskier followed by a spirited concert by Kineret.
The Chabad Youth NY Trip was an amazing 6 day adventure visiting all of NY's major attractions and spending an inspiring Shabbos at Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn. The trip was highlighted by a visit to the Ohel of the Lubavitcher Rebbe.

This past Tuesday, March 8th, Chabad of the Valley launched the 'Rabbi Joshua B. Gordon Living Legacy Fund' with a 24-hour matching campaign, to perpetuate and expand the lifelong work of Rabbi Gordon, bringing Judaism to life across the Valley and beyond!
Chabad of Tarzana held an inspiring evening in honor of Yud Shvat with guest speaker Rabbi Ezra Shochet - Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon.
All the dads were invited to Gan Israel Pre School and Kindergarten to join their children in classroom and outdoor activities followed by an amazing drum circle!

An inspiring Farbrengen was held on Monday evening June 29th in honor of Yud Beis Tammuz - The day of Liberation from Soviet prison of the Previous Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Schneerson.

Chabad of the Valley in California held its Annual Banquet-Gala marking 70 years since the liberation from Nazi Germany with a moving and powerful keynote address by philanthropist Mr. Sol Teichman
Chabad and The Menachem Institute hosted a truly powerful lecture with a fantastic open dialogue about sensitive yet important topics such as infertility, high risk pregnancy, abortion and birth control. It was quite infomative and enlightening as well as entertaining. Thank you so much to our panel of experts; Dr. Michael Feinman, Dr. Roy Mansano and Rabbi Yossi Shusterman.

Chabad of the Valley's Chanukah at CityWalk once again lived up to its reputation, having been acknowledged as one of the largest Chanukah events.
This year, thousands flocked to the plaza at Universal Studios CityWalk for the annual event which for many has become the highlight of Chanukah.
"From a dream hatched 13 years ago, it has become a mega-event," said Rabbi Yossi Baitelman, of Chabad of Studio City, crediting the talented production team for crystalizing those dreams
This year's show included an international all-star line-up of entertainment, including Shloime Gertner from London, Choni G from South Africa, Shlomo Simcha from Toronto and New York's Eli Schwebel.

On Sunday evening, September 14, the community gathered at Bocca Steakhouse in Encino, to support the scholarship programs of Chabad-Gan Israel. The event featured the singing sensation Eli Buzaglo and a masterful performance by Illusionist David Minkin, as well as a comedic performance by Mario Joyner. The event was the culmination of a campaign to help raise much needed funds for scholarship assistance to the many beneficiaries of The Finder Family Camp Gan Israel, The Ryzman Family Hebrew School as well as the Rabbi Moshe and Ruty Weiss Early Childhood Center and others.
